IBG
designs and manufactures eddy current systems
and test instruments for 100% testing of
critical mass-produced components. These
components typically are heat treated, machined
and finished, and are vital to the function,
safety or value of the end product.
Testing usually is on automotive parts for
engines; valve and power train systems;
steering, chassis and suspension systems and
safety systems. Also on bearings and bearing
components, fasteners, forged and cast parts, hard
metals, and precision stamped parts.
IBG began in 1981 as an engineering firm with
the objective of pushing the reliability
envelope for eddy current testing of components
to its highest possible limit. Today, its
success and continuing technical leadership is
evident in worldwide installations: in Europe,
Asia and North and South America.
In 1994, a subsidiary company was formed in the
Detroit area to serve the growing north American
market.
Developing the appropriate solution for each
customer around the nucleus of our advanced eddy
current technology is what we do at IBG.
Working with IBG, you’ll join such customers as
GM, Chrysler, Ford, Toyota, Honda, Nissan,
Mercedes Benz, BMW, TRW, NSK, INA Bearings,
Timken, SKF Bearings, Dana Corporation, Columbus
Foundries, Eaton Yale, Sachs Automotive, Delphi
Saginaw, Delphi ACE and many more. We thank you
if you are considering us for your next project.
