Two models of the ibg
eddyvisor® will be available.
The production version of the eddyvisorinvolves the eddyvisor
HMI,which is considered a "Human Machine Interface," and the
eddyvisor MS, which stands for Measuring unit and Structure test.
The eddyvisor HMI and the eddyvisor MS may be installed
separate from each other, as they are cable-connected. The eddyvisor
HMI has been designed for integration into automated production
lines.
eddyvisor HMI can have up to 32 test channels.
A user-friendly instrument, the HMI unit may be installed near an
operator, always visible for viewing, while the measuring unit can be
installed in a switch cabinet or near the test coils.
The desktop version, designated the eddyvisorDS (D=
Desktop, S= Structure), is most suitable for flexible tasks in a
laboratory, for audit testing, or for small-to-medium- production
testing. This instrument is equipped with up to 16 test channels.
Converting the instrument from one part type to another takes only
seconds, once tolerance fields are stored in the unit.
